Alaska rail to Denali National Park was vert scenic. Enjoyed the glass cars.
Husky Homestead tour with Jeff King - I did not like. It seemed cruel to the dogs
In Denali - Wilderness Tour on a motor-bus up mountains. It started snowing and they had to turn back before we got to the end. We saw some bears. Beautiful country. Never saw the top of Denali
Denali Princess Lodge in National Park Lodge was absolutely beautiful and the town was cute.
Island Windgs Air Service - Flew over alaska. Land near water and saw bears.

Hawaii
We went on a cruise to the various Hawaiian Islands in October of 1996. It was one of the last IBM Country Club trips.
The cruise went to Honolulu Oahu. There we visited the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor and the Polynesian Culture Center. I had read Michener book Hawaii so I was very interested in the culture. We also went to the big Island of Hawaii. We visited Kilauea Volcano. We went to the ports of Hilo and Kona. We also went to Maui and visited Haleakala and beaches. We also rented a car and rode on the famous
Hana HIghway. We also went to Kauai and enjoyed the towering green sea cliffs at Kauai's Na Pali Coast and the Waimea Canyon, known as the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. We also went to the Fern Grotto which I found to be a bit of a tourist trap.

Visited Amish Country in Lancaster Pennsylvania on the same trip that we went to Hershey Park with the twins.
Attended a number of Basketball and Vollyball and Soccer tournaments with Heather and Derek at PENN STATE and in Philadelphia and at Hershey and a South Williams-port.

Saw the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia and visited the Philadelphia Museum of Art and saw the Rocky Balboa statue.

2011 went to Craig Marone's Wedding in Philadelphia.

I went to Burlington Vermont for work at IBM at number of times.

Traveled through Virginia on my way to North Carolina and to Florida.

I was born in Soap Lake Washington. I lived here for about a year. I hope to come back sometime to see it again.
West Virginia
When I was very young I remember visiting my Aunt DeDe in West Virginia and riding in my Uncle John's convertible. I am pretty sure Dawn was born and I remember thinking her name was very unique.
Later around 2011 my Dad moved to West Virginia. Derek, Heather and I visited in 2012 and went skiing at SnowShoe Mountain and visited the National Radio Astronomy Center.
In 2013 I went with my sister Deb and her husband Gary to visit my Dad again. We met up with my other sister Linda as well as my Sister Ginny, her husband Alan and son Jonathan. We visited SnowShoe Mountain (no skiing just visiting) and National Radio Astronomy Center again.
Wisconsin
We rode a train through Wisconsin on our way to Glacier National Park Montana.
Wyoming
This was mostly a driving vacation. We flew into Denver Colorado and drove into Wyoming visiting the following places and flying back home from Jackson Hole. Yellowstone is probably my favorite National Park. Nothing beats a geyser.
Cody - We went to the Buffalo Bill Historical Center and watched a rodeo and I think we slept in a hotel in Cody.
YellowStone National Park - We stayed at a Old Faithful lodge and Yellowstone lodge in the park.
Jackson Hole and Grand Teton - We stayed in a Alpenhof Lodge
